Life Care Informational Meeting, Tuesday, March 17, 6:00 p.m.

Trying to determine the “right care” for an aging loved one…or “proactively planning” for our own future aging needs can be very confusing, time-consuming, and stressful. To help address these concerns, Stephen Ministry is hosting guest speaker Abbie Vogt, Owner and General Manager of A bridge: Aging Life Care Management. Ms. Vogt will provide information regarding the broad services offered by her organization to assist families in making these important decisions, as well as, their provision of ongoing care management.
