Lay Readers Needed

For many years it has been a tradition that the first scripture reading is done by one of the lay members of our church. If you have ever thought about taking your turn as a reader, the Worship and Music Committee encourages you to give it a try. Signing up is easy: go to tinyurl.com/FPCLayReader and review the calendar to find an open date that matches your schedule. Once you have completed the information requested, including your email, you will receive the scripture on the Friday before the service you have scheduled. We are glad you are part of this worshipping community in downtown Athens.
