Buffet line during a First Pres dinner.
Wednesday@First

Wednesday@First provides an opportunity to our members and new guests to experience a time of Christian fellowship in a more relaxed atmosphere. The process of becoming a mature Christian involves us in a variety of learning experiences. We believe that growth occurs in several areas, and we encourage everyone to be purposeful about pursuing growth in every area.

Generally spanning 10 weeks, twice a year (winter and fall), our scheduled classes are taught by experienced people from the congregation who bring a wealth of information and experience to the classroom. Classes typically begin at 4:15 p.m.and continue until 5:45 p.m., at which time they break for church dinner. They begin again at 6:30 p.m. and last until approximately 8:00 p.m.

Several choir rehearsals are also held on Wednesday afternoons and evenings. Whether you are seeking a great meal and Christian companionship, or deepening your understanding of God's word, you are sure to find something of interest.
