The design of the Men of the Church is to create fellowship among the male members of First Presbyterian Church.  This organization is open to males of all ages and walks of life.

Characteristically, the group meets in the Fellowship Hall on the third (unless otherwise specified) Tuesday of each month, September through April. At least one meeting per year is designated as "Ladies Night". The current President is Greg Daniels.

A representative event is as follows:

• 5:15 p.m. Coffee and conversation
• 6:00 p.m. An outstanding meal prepared on site
• 6:35 p.m. A meditation
• 6:45 p.m. Program
• Dismissal is always by 7:30 p.m. or before.
